Multiple Device Connections: Use the account on unlimited devices at the same time. Devices share the account's data allowance, so include computer file transfers and video streaming on other devices in your usage plan. More devices do not increase your data allowance.
Supported Platforms: Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Get clients and subscription details through the user panel. Sign-in is required, and client delivery is available when the plan is active.
Connection Security: Military-grade encryption. Keep your account password and subscription link secure. An encrypted connection does not replace the destination website's account protections or change its terms of service.
Streaming Route Finder: Browse suitable routes by client. Available catalogs, video quality and access vary based on the platform's rules and actual connection conditions. Plan data allowances do not guarantee access to content in every region.
Support and Feedback: Submit account, order or connection issues through a support ticket in the user panel. Include the affected platform, selected route and any error message to help distinguish billing issues from local connection problems.

Payment & Order Review

Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT. Choose “Choose This Plan” on a plan card to open the plans section in the user panel. If prompted, sign in as instructed. New accounts don't require an email address; create one with a username and password.

Choose the relevant tier in the panel, then check the plan name, price, data allowance and billing type on the order. For options with the same data allowance, confirm whether it's a monthly plan or a non-expiring data pack. For an upgrade, follow the confirmation shown in the panel; mid-cycle price differences are prorated against the remaining days.

After reviewing the order, choose a payment method. Follow the checkout instructions for Alipay or WeChat Pay. For USDT, carefully verify the network, amount and receiving details shown at checkout. Don't use payment details from outside the checkout page or substitute a different payment route.

After payment, return to the user panel to check your order and plan status, then open the client section. Payment confirmation and client connectivity are separate steps: after the order is confirmed, you still need to import the subscription correctly and select a route. If your order status needs verification, keep your payment record and order details and submit them in a support ticket. Don't create the same order again before its status is confirmed.

VPNZK offers 30-day no-questions-asked refunds. Review the usage rules before choosing a data allowance. To request a refund after payment, submit a support ticket through the user panel. When requesting a refund, identify the order and include details that let us locate it. If the issue also involves payment status or a plan upgrade, explain that in the same ticket so the order review and refund request are consistent. Don't include your password or full subscription link in a general support message.
