This policy explains how VPNZK handles data when providing account management, subscription services, and website access. It applies to this website and the user panel. Payment providers and external platforms handle data under their own policies. Before using the service, review the Terms of Service to understand its scope.
Account and Order Data
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. An email address is not required for registration, and providing one is not a condition of opening an account. The account system processes usernames, password verification data, and login status to identify accounts, verify access permissions, and protect account activity.
Subscription management requires processing plan selections, order amounts, payment status, data usage, and validity status to provide subscriptions, verify payments, and handle after-sales support. Descriptions and attachments that users choose to submit in support tickets are used to respond to their requests. Avoid submitting personal information unrelated to the issue, and cover passwords, login credentials, and subscription links in screenshots.
No-Logs Policy and Operational Information
VPNZK does not record which websites users access through its routes, or retain browsing history, destination URLs, DNS queries, or communication content. It does not create connection logs that can be used to reconstruct an individual's browsing activity. Website analytics and communications sent through routes are handled separately.
Aggregate account usage needed to manage data allowances is billing data and does not include destinations. Temporary connection state used to maintain an active route is released when the connection ends and is not retained as a persistent connection log. If troubleshooting requires client error information, users may submit it through a support ticket. Such information is used only to address the reported issue and is not used to create browsing records.
Website Analytics and Browser Storage
Website analytics help us understand page usage, entry-point clicks, and page errors. They may involve page paths, visit times, referring pages, and browser environment information. Analytics do not read content accessed through routes. Do not enter account passwords or subscription credentials in marketing page URL parameters.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain login sessions, save language preferences, and retain necessary interface state; analytics may also use browser identifiers. Users can restrict cookies or clear site data in their browser settings, but may need to log in again or reselect preferences. Clearing local storage deletes data only from the current browser; it does not delete server-side accounts or orders.
Third-Party Payments and Disclosure
Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third parties. Before paying, users should verify the payment page and review its privacy information. VPNZK receives transaction identifiers and payment results needed to verify orders; users are not asked to submit their payment account passwords to this service.
Payment providers' policies govern how they retain and use transaction information. This service cannot control the removal of transaction information on public ledgers. Except where necessary to provide the service or meet legal obligations, account information is not sold or provided to other organizations for marketing lists.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account information is retained for as long as needed to provide account features. Order and refund records are retained for as long as needed to complete transactions, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. Support ticket attachments and analytics data are retained only while needed for their respective purposes, then deleted or disassociated from accounts. This policy does not promise a single fixed retention period.
Users can log in to the panel and submit a request to access, correct, or delete account information through support tickets. Account ownership must be verified before processing, and the effect of deletion on subscription delivery will be explained. Transaction records that must be retained by law are not removed when an account is deleted; the scope and reason for retention will be explained in the response.
Policy Updates and Feedback
If the purposes or scope of data processing change, VPNZK will update this page and revise the last-updated month. Significant changes will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Where consent is legally required, it will be requested separately.
