Get Your Subscription and Import It into a Client
Start in the user dashboard and set up your account, plan, subscription, and connection. If you already have an account, jump straight to the relevant step.
Interface labels may differ between platforms and clients. Look for options such as “Subscription,” “Configuration,” or “Import.” This guide covers the setup sequence; refer to the client instructions in the user dashboard for specific button locations and installation steps.
Create an Account and Save Your Login Details
Select “Start Free” below to open the VPNZK user dashboard. No email address is required to create an account; just use a username and password. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter them. You’ll use your username to sign in later, so choose a password you don’t use on other sites. Before submitting, check your entries, especially that autofill hasn’t inserted login details from another service.
Once you’re in the user dashboard, first make sure it shows the account you just created. Save your username and password in a trusted password manager, not in public notes or shared documents. Since account creation doesn’t require an email address, don’t assume account recovery will necessarily be possible by email. Before switching devices, make sure your login details are saved.
If you already have an account, use the dashboard’s sign-in option; there’s no need to create another account for a different device. VPNZK supports unlimited simultaneous devices. Use the same account to manage your subscription on Windows, Android, iOS, macOS, and Linux. Creating an account doesn’t activate a plan, so next choose a billing option that suits your needs in the plans section.
Choose a Plan and Check Your Order Status
Open the plans section in the user dashboard. First choose between a monthly subscription and a data plan, then select a tier. Monthly subscriptions suit ongoing use, with data resetting each month on the activation date. Data plans last until the allowance is used and never expire. If you’re unsure how much data you’ll need, review the full details on the pricing page before choosing in the dashboard. Your first choice doesn’t have to be permanent.
Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Permanent data plans: ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB, and ¥658 for 3000GB. Data use varies depending on whether you stream video, download files, or use AI tools, so consider how you plan to use the service. Unlimited simultaneous devices doesn’t mean unlimited data; keep an eye on your remaining allowance when using multiple devices.
After choosing a plan, check the price, billing method, and data allowance in your order, then follow the dashboard prompts to pay. Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported; refer to the current order page for payment instructions. Once payment is complete, return to the user dashboard and check the order result and plan status. If payment went through but your plan status hasn’t updated, refresh and check the original order before submitting another payment.
VPNZK offers a 30-day refund policy. See the Terms of Service for eligibility and instructions. If you upgrade a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining service days; it doesn’t simply restart a full monthly billing period. Once you’ve confirmed your plan is active, continue to get your subscription. If your order or plan status is unclear, describe the issue in the support ticket section of the dashboard.
Get Your Subscription from the User Dashboard
Open the account overview and check that your plan is active and how much data remains, then find the subscription option. A subscription link isn’t a regular website address; it lets your client retrieve server configuration. The client uses it to display available servers and groups. Don’t paste a marketing page URL into the subscription field, and don’t judge whether your connection works by whether the subscription URL opens in a browser.
If the dashboard offers an import option for your client, follow the prompts to open the client and confirm the import there. If there’s no suitable automatic import option, copy the subscription link from the dashboard and add it manually in the client’s subscription or configuration section. Copy the full link without changing its parameters or adding any text before or after it. After importing, check that a server list appears—not just an empty configuration name.
Keep your subscription link as secure as your account password. Don’t post the full link in public forums or show it in screenshots when asking for help. When describing an issue, you can share your client platform, error message, and server type, but hide your account details and subscription information. This page doesn’t display a real subscription address. The example below only shows the format and can’t be used to connect to VPNZK.

If your plan is active but you can’t find the subscription option, first make sure you’re signed into the account that placed the order, then check the dashboard prompts. You also need to be signed in to access the client download, and your plan must be active. For more details on subscription updates, link security, and troubleshooting, read the beginner’s guide to subscription links. Have your subscription ready before following the import steps for your platform.
Import the Client for Your Platform
After signing in to the user dashboard, open the client downloads section, choose the VPNZK client for your device, and read the setup instructions for that platform. This page doesn’t provide public download links, so there’s no need to search for unofficial versions. Installation, import, and system permissions are separate steps: first make sure the client opens, then add your subscription, and only then connect.
Windows: Find the Configuration Options in the Desktop Client
Choose the Windows desktop client in the dashboard, follow the setup instructions to install it, then open it. Look for a “Configuration” or “Subscription” section and use the add, import, or import-from-link option. Paste the subscription link you copied from the account overview. If the dashboard can open the installed client directly, you can use its import option instead. If your browser asks to open an app, check which app it’s opening before allowing it.
After importing, return to the configuration list and make sure the new configuration is selected and its servers have loaded. Some clients require you to update the subscription manually. If the list is empty, check the update result and any error messages. Don’t run multiple proxy clients at the same time, as they may interfere with each other’s connections. Select the configuration now; you’ll connect in the verification step.
Android: Find the Subscription Options in the Mobile Client
Choose the Android client in the dashboard and install it using the provided instructions. Open it and look for a subscription, configuration, or add option. Select import from link, paste the full subscription address, and save. If the dashboard offers direct import, return to the client and check that the configuration was added. The configuration name helps you tell entries apart, but what matters is whether the server list has loaded.
When you’re ready to connect, your system may ask you to approve the VPN connection. Confirm the app’s source, then follow the prompt to allow it. If the connection drops when the client moves to the background, check the system’s background activity and battery settings for the app. Settings vary by device. Don’t delete your account or recreate your subscription; keep the configuration and note the exact message to help with troubleshooting.
iOS: Add Your Subscription Using the Setup Instructions
Check the client setup method in the iOS section of the dashboard, then install the app using the provided App Store link and instructions. The subscription option may be called “Subscription,” “Configuration,” or “Add,” depending on the iOS client. Choose an option that supports link import and paste the full address from the account overview. If you import directly from the dashboard, confirm the save in the app and check that the configuration appears.
On your first connection, iOS may ask to add a VPN configuration. Follow the system prompt to confirm. Allowing a configuration in iOS doesn’t mean the subscription has been imported successfully, so check in the app that the servers have loaded. Then choose a server and connect. Don’t assume you can access a site just because iOS shows a connection status.
macOS: Manage Your Subscription in the Desktop Client
Choose the macOS client in the dashboard, then install and open it using the setup instructions. Go to subscription or configuration management and import using the add-link option. If the option is in the menu bar, open the client menu first, then go to settings or configuration. If your browser doesn’t open the client automatically, paste the link into the app manually; there’s no need to keep clicking the import option.
After importing, select the configuration and check that the full server list has loaded. When connecting, follow the client instructions for system network permissions and check the app name shown by the system before approving. Some clients support system proxy or other connection modes. Start with the settings recommended in the setup instructions instead of changing multiple options to create a more complex configuration.
Linux: Follow the Dashboard Instructions
VPNZK also supports Linux. In the dashboard, get the instructions for your setup and check the system requirements and import method before proceeding. Don’t assume the button names are the same as on other platforms. Across platforms, check that the configuration is saved, the subscription updates successfully, and the server list appears. Then move on to testing the connection.
If you can’t find the import option, subscription updates fail, or system permission prompts are unclear, visit the Help Center. For a detailed comparison of server types and billing options, see the Buying Guide. This page focuses on getting started.
Connect and Test Access
Open the configuration you just imported, choose a server from the client’s list, and connect. If the client offers automatic server selection, you can start with that as recommended in its instructions. To choose a specific region, select a server based on the target service’s regional requirements. VPNZK offers IEPL dedicated lines, relay, and direct routes. A server type doesn’t guarantee access to a particular site; results also depend on the service’s rules and your local network.
First check that the client shows a connected status, then open a site you normally use. For AI tools, check that the page loads and review any account sign-in or service region prompts. For streaming, check both the playback page and the actual stream—not just whether the home page opens. A working network connection doesn’t automatically give you an account, subscription benefits, or access to all regional content from third-party services.
If the target page still won’t load, check these in order: your internet connection, whether your account plan is active, whether the subscription updated successfully, and whether the selected configuration is enabled. Once you’ve checked these, disconnect, choose another server, and test again. Change just one setting at a time and keep the error messages so it’s easier to tell whether the issue is with the subscription, connection, or target service. Don’t change every setting at once without noting the original configuration.
To use VPNZK on another device, sign in to the same account and import the subscription into the client for that platform. VPNZK supports unlimited simultaneous devices. After changing devices or updating a client, check the configuration and test access again. If the issue persists, open a support ticket in the user dashboard. Describe your device’s operating system, the client message, the server type, and when the issue occurs. Don’t include your password or full subscription link.
You’ve completed the setup. For everyday use, keep an eye on your plan status and remaining data in the dashboard, and update the subscription in your client if the server list changes. For connection or billing questions, start with the Help Center. To reconsider your plan, return to the pricing page to compare monthly subscriptions with permanent data plans.
